In a heavy saucepan bring butter, milk and cocoa to a boil - blend in sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon salt and remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. It will be kind of runny. Pour over hot cake and sprinkle with nuts. This is Pam Schurdell\'s recipe.
