Beat cheeses, lemon juice, garlic powder, and red pepper. Add pecans, mix well and roll into log about one and a half inches in diameter. Mix chili powder and paprika and sprinkle onto cheese log. Chill before serving and let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes. Slice and serve on crackers.
