3 Cup Flour |
1 Cup Butter |
1⁄2 Teaspoon Salt |
1⁄3 Cup Raisins |
1 Cup candied Fruit |
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon |
11⁄2 Cup Pecan pieces |
1⁄2 Cup Cherries, cut |
Teaspoon Allspice |
1 Cup Dates, cut up |
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
2 Cup Apples, peeled and chopped |
2 Teaspoon Vanilla/butter-nut Extract |
Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add dry ingredients alternately with apples to creamed mixture. Stir in reamining ingredients putting pecans in last. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake in a preheated 325� oven 1� hours or until done. Cool 15 minutes in pan then invert pan and remove cake. Cool until almost cool then wrap in wax paper and aluminum foil to make cake moist. When completely cool cake can be frozen for later use.
