21⁄2 Pound Pork chops |
4 Cup Onions, chopped |
2 Tablespoon Cooking oil |
3 cans small Sweet peas |
2 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning |

Wash chops well to remove the bone dust then rub in 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning. Heat oil in a large dutch oven on medium-high heat and add chops when oil is hot. Brown chops on both sides then add onions and cook on medium heat until onions are clear about 15-20 minutes stirring often. Add peas with their juice and stir well. Cook covered at least 30 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve over rice.
