16 oz Tomato sauce |
3 can Whole tomatos |
4 cup Onions, chopped |
1⁄4 cup White vinegar |
1 cup Bell pepper, chopped |
1⁄2 cup fresh Cayenne peppers, chopped |

In a large saucepan put whole tomatos and their juice, squish them through your fingers until well squished. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered over medium heat for 1 hour stirring occasionally. Pour into clean quart or pint jars and put lids on. Let cool and refrigerate. I consider this to be a medium hot salsa. If there aren't any fresh cayenne peppers in your area use any fresh hot pepper available.
