1 cup Salt |
1 tsp Paprika |
2 tbl Black pepper |
1 tsp Onion powder |
1 tbl Chili powder |
1 tbl Garlic Powder |
3 tbl Cayenne or red pepper |

Mix all ingredients well and store in a tightly closed container. Since we use a lot of fresh onions in or cooking we don't put much onion powder in the seasoning mix. If you don't like to use a lot of fresh onions in your cooking you will need to use 1 tbl of onion powder in this recipe.
