4 Cup Onions, chopped |
2 Pound Pork or beef steak |
1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning |
Season meat with Cajun seasoning then brown meat well in a hot skillet. Add � cup of water, cover and lower to medium heat. Add onions and cook over medium heat for 1 hour or until tender. Add water as necessary during the cooking process to keep the onions in a gravy constantly. Do not add more than � cup water at a time to avoid a thin gravy.
