Preheat oven to 400�. Wash potatoes and pat dry. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and arrange potatoes in pan so they are not crowded. Bake at 400� for 15 minutes then lower heat to 350� and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until tender. I like to serve baked sweet potatoes when I serve pork.
