1 Pound Ground beef |
1 can White hominy |
11⁄2 Cup Onions, chopped |
8 Ounce can Tomato sauce |
1 Tablespoon Chili powder |

Brown ground beef in a 3 quart pot. Drain all but a few tablespoons of grease from the meat. Add onions to the meat and saut� together until onions are clear. Drain the hominy and add it along with the tomato sauce, chili and salt to the meat mixture. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until hominy is tender.
