11⁄2 Cup Flour |
11⁄2 Teaspoon Salt |
1 Teaspoon Black pepper |
1⁄4 Teaspoon Onion powder |
1⁄4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder |
1⁄2 Teaspoon Red (cayenne) pepper |
Mix all ingredients together well in a medium size paper bag. After passing a large handful of shrimp in milk batter (or a few soft shell crabs) put them in the paper bag of fry and shake them well. Deep fat fry at 375� for 1-2 minutes or until they float in the oil. Store left over fry in its paper bag in the refrigerator.
