Easy Tuti Fruiti Cake Icing

Ingredients
34 stick Margarine 12 Cup Pecans, chopped
Cherry juice as needed 1 Pound box Powdered sugar
6 Maraschino cherries, chopped 3 Tablespoon Pineapple, crushed and drained

Directions

Sift powdered sugar and reserve � cup. Mix rest of sifted sugar and margarine a little at a time with cherry juice. Add pineapple and chopped cherries, mix well. Add pecans and mix well. Add rest of powdered sugar. Mix in cherry juice if needed to reach spreading consistency. When cake layers and filling are completely cooled, put filling inbetween the layers and ice the cake. Take the 6 remaining maraschino cherries and cut them in halves and place them atop the cake for decoration. This is a beautiful and sumptuous cake fit for a king's birtherday or a special holiday treat.
