Melinda's Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour 1 Cup Milk
1 Egg, beaten 14 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar 13 Cup Corn flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder 2 Tablespoon Butter or margarine, melted

Directions

In a large bowl sift together flours, salt, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl combine egg, butter and milk; add to flour mixture and stir well. Using a large serving spoon, spoon batter onto a hot lightly greased griddle. Brown lightly on one side then flip and brown other side. Crepes can be made with this recipie also. Just add more milk until the batter is thin and make bigger cakes. While cake is hot and elastic put on plate and put your favorite fruit preserve on � and fold the other half over it and top with a little whipped cream. Delicious!

Makes 12 pancakes.
